This home was well kept clean and comfortable for me and my family during a momentous occasion of our daughter graduating from UNC Chapel Hill! We had absolutely no issues or problems with this home and everything was great from the first day thru the last day of our stay! We would definitely stay at this house again!!.

The house was very nice and the amenities were wonderful. The host's communication was exceptional and I highly recommend this property. It was close to great shopping and dining. They went above and beyond to offer an exceptional experience..

Shared this house with 2 other travel nurses (3 of us total) and had enough room for everyone to be comfortable. Bedrooms all on one side of the house. Beds are very comfortable. Kitchen has everything stocked youd need. Thanks for letting us use your house!

What are check-in and check-out times?

Check-in is after 4:00 PM with keyless self check-in. Check-out is by 10:00 AM. Need different times? Just ask — we accommodate when we can.

Are pets allowed?

Yes — well-behaved dogs are welcome with a small pet fee, and the fully fenced backyard is made for them. Please mention your pet in your inquiry.

Is the home good for remote work?

Very. There's a dedicated workspace with a proper desk and fast, reliable Wi‑Fi — many of our guests are here on work assignments.

Do you offer monthly stays?

Yes — stays of 30 days or more get discounted monthly rates with all utilities included. Use the inquiry form below and mention your dates.

What are the house rules?

No parties or events, no smoking inside, quiet hours after 10 PM, and a maximum of 6 guests. We keep it simple: treat it like your own home.

What's your cancellation policy?

Flexible for direct bookings — full refund up to 7 days before check-in for short stays. Monthly-stay terms are set individually. We'll confirm everything in writing before you commit.
